Acrylic-based adhesive from Primo, ideal for decoupage techniques as the product has a dual function as both glue and varnish.

The medium adheres to all types of surfaces and can be diluted with water if a thinner consistency is desired.

Once the adhesive/varnish has dried, it is permanent and cannot be washed off textiles and surfaces. Therefore, brushes should be cleaned after use and stains removed immediately with water.
