Mixed Media Pads
A mixed media pad is perfect if you are using different techniques, mediums, and paints. A mixed media pad often has a high grammage paper with a weight of 200-300 grams per square meter, and the paper often has a textured surface. On this paper you can choose to paint with aquarelle, acrylic or oil paint, but you can also use dry techniques, like charcoal or pastel. You are free to experiment with this kind of paper and can for example combine different techniques and paints on the same surface. With a mixed media pad, you do not need to be limited to only one thing.
