Pentel Orenz is an innovative mechanical pencil from Japanese brand Pentel. In this unique design, the lead should not be visible – it remains protected at all times by the support pipe. The amazing thing about Orenz is that you can still write with it! You also never need to click for more lead – Pentel Orenz features a sliding sleeve that automatically retracts as the lead gets shorter, keeping the lead in the perfect position. You’ll never have to click while writing again.
Before you start writing, click once so the lead becomes visible. Then hold down the push button while gently pressing the tip against the paper until the lead is hidden. Now you’re ready to write!
