Schmincke Norma Blue Medium 2 Drying Retarder can be used to delay the drying time of water miscible oils. It has a high oil content for increased gloss and dries to a soft, flexible film.

The medium is ideal for wet-on-wet techniques and can be thinned with water if desired. Medium 2 can be mixed with oils in a ratio of up to 1:1.
