Derwent Lightfast

The Lightfast range from British Derwent has been created to be 100% lightfast. The revolutionary coloured pencil is truly resistant to long-term colour change, allowing artwork created with Lightfast not to fade for up to 100 years in museum conditions.

Derwent Lightfast's colour is oil-based and opaque. When drawn with, the colour becomes very smooth and even, and can even be mixed with different oil mediums. The paint can then behave like a classic oil paint, which makes Lightfast very exciting to create with. There are a total of 100 colours in the series, which we sell here in different sets.
