Climate-smart tube beads and bead plates from Sweden, yes please! Our tube beads are developed together with Swedish Nabbi Bio Beads. They are locally produced and the environmentally conscious choice when it comes to bead crafting. The beads are made of Biodolomer, a Swedish biodegradable material consisting of Swedish rapeseed oil and Norwegian chalk.
Nabbi BioBeads do not form microplastics and are completely PVC-free. They counteract global warming and fulfil the requirements of, among others, the EU Toy Safety Directive and Non-Toxic Preschool. The beads are recommended for ages 5 and up.
In addition to being a positive, sustainable innovation for the environment, BioBeads also contribute to positive development in children. Bead crafts stimulate creativity and imagination and develop fine motor skills.
Use the beads together with the bead plates and ironing paper in the same series. The bead plates are also made of Biodolomer, and the ironing paper is PFAS-free. Set the iron to medium to high heat and run it in a circular motion over your creation until the beads are melted together.
