Each marker has two tips, allowing you to vary your expression. The soft brush tip is ideal for broader brush strokes, areas of colour and dynamic lines, while the sturdy fibre tip is designed for outlines, details and precise lines.
The water-based, water-soluble ink is highly pigmented and offers excellent lightfastness. The colours can be used directly or worked with water to create soft transitions, colour blends and classic watercolour effects. The amount of water used makes it easy to control the intensity of the colour.
Albrecht Dürer Watercolour Markers are equally suitable for illustration, urban sketching and hand lettering as they are for traditional watercolour techniques. For best results when working with water, watercolour paper is recommended. Individual colours can also be purchased separately to complement the set.
