The sketchbook contains 24 sheets (48 pages) of top-quality cold pressed paper, made in France. The paper is made from 100% cotton using traditional mould-made technique, giving an exceptionally durable surface that absorbs water evenly and in a controlled way across the entire sheet. The result is paper that provides optimal control over colour flow, layers and transitions in your watercolour paintings.
The natural white, acid-free sheets are designed to preserve your artwork over time and ensure lasting durability without yellowing. The textured cold pressed surface brings brushstrokes and pigment to life, making the paper ideal for both detailed work and more free, expressive watercolour techniques.
Behind the paper is the historic French paper mill Arches, founded in 1492. With a long tradition of craftsmanship and quality, Arches is the obvious choice for artists looking for paper with reliable performance and a timeless feel.
