The fountain pen comes with a unique neon yellow grip section with orange ink feed. The set also comes includes an extra neon yellow grip section with blue ink feed. Both nibs in the set is size Fine. An ink cartridge in the color Mango is included.

Lamy Al-star is refillable with Lamy T10 fountain pen cartridges. It is also compatible with the Lamy Z 28 converter.
