Ink Cleaner Kit can only be used with pens from Platinum. Contains a pipette and five packages of ink cleaner fluid.
This kit is used to clean clogged fountain pens.
1. Start with attaching the pipette where you normally put the cartridge. Rinse through with warm water a couple of times.
2. Prepare 100 ml water (room temperature) and mix in one package of cleaning fluid.
3. Remove the pipette and put the nib in the water with the cleaning fluid. Let it sit there for 24 hours.
4. Rinse the pen with the pipette as in step 1.
5. Remove the pipette and clean every part of the pen with water, let them dry completely.
Your pen is ready to use again! The ink can be a bit watery in the beginning, we recommend you draw a couple of lines on a scrap of paper first.
