With Effect liner you can create a three dimensional effect when painting patterns, lines and decorations. The liners can be used on lightly absorbent surfaces, such as textiles, paper and cardboard. For an optimal 3D effect, hold the tip just above the surface and press the paint out smoothly.

Drying time is 24 hours. For indoor use only. When applied on textile: wash the fabric without fabric softener before application. Washable at 40 °C.
